Teams made up of church members, Bible college students and university students go on the second Sunday of each month to the HMP (Her Majesty’s Prison) Humber to share worship, testimony, the Word, and fellowship with the prisoners. This is supported by regular prayer by the church.

HMP Humber is a new prison formed out of joining the old Worlds and Everthorpe prisons together. The prison population is over 1,000 and is served by one chapel.

Jesus said in Mt 25:36, “I was in prison and you came to visit me…whatever you did to the least of these my brothers of mine you did for me”. Prison visiting can be challenging, but Jesus said following Him would not be easy. However, it is always rewarding because He is with us.
